We are looking for a qualified financial manager to support our management team and oversee the
groups financial activities. An exciting opportunity to lead and develop our finance department
across our 6 group companies. Offering excellent opportunity for professional growth, and

You will oversee day-to-day financial systems, controls and processes. Ensuring accurate, efficient
and compliant record-keeping, timely reporting to management, and uphold appropriate financial
controls. You will be leading on the accurate invoicing, recording, and reporting of income,
outgoings, VAT, and payroll. As well as managing the month and year end submissions, and
monitoring cash-flow. You will also support the Finance Director with financial planning, system
development and compilation of monthly management accounts, annual accounts and other
reports.



This is a flexible hybrid role. Predominately remote, requiring a maximum of 2 days per week in our
London office. We actively encourage people from a variety of backgrounds with different

  • Day to day transaction processing
  • Managing invoicing
  • Bank reconciliation
  • Excellent Xero skills
  • Producing financial and management reports
  • Credit management
  • Managing journals
  • Intercompany processing
  • Oversee payroll & pension
  • Reconcile balance sheet accounts
  • Processing VAT
  • Submitting end of year accounts, VAT,
  • Working with HMRC/Companies house as required
